If you don't say anything to me about more insurance, I
will automatically quote return shipping back with $50.00
insurance (if insurance is available).
If you want more insurance, or any other shipping options, you
must let me know ahead of time, and I will quote a return shipping
price with the options and more insurance that you requested.
Recently I was asked why I don't quote a price to send rollers back for what the unit is worth is worth
incase it is lost in travel. The reason is, I get many rollers that I have no idea what they are for. I also get
rollers for machines that the customer has sentametal value, and no resale value. Therefore I would
probably insult them by saying its a waste of money to pay $1.50 for insurance.
So only you know what you feel your unit is worth.
Another subject that needs clarification.
Return shipping lable. This does not have to be anything fancy.
It can be as simple as a small piece of paper (about 1 1/2 inches by 3 inches) with your name and address on
it that I can tape on your package when I send it back. Print clearly or type it. It has to be small enough to fit on a small box.
Not only does it save time here, but there will be no question you put the correct address on it.
